It is nearby to "fa yuen street" which sell cheap clothes n shoes, within walking distances. The bed offer in family room is good enough for 4 adult. Anyway we r family trip, 4 adult n 2 kids. When we check in at the registration counter, luckily the staff is mice, she allow us stay in one room this time, next time hv to book 2 rooms. Compare w previous hotel we stayed in hk, this hotel regard great for us. But if need to travel w MTR, the station which jz under the hotel not very convenient to go around hk, hv to transit at other station.

I reached the hotel earlier than the time to check-in, they later upgrade my room. Wonderful clean and big room with many sport tv channels. The famous night market is about 20mins walk from the hotel. The hotel only shortcoming is that the location is next to a mall and mtr station (not on the city line). If return late to hotel, you need to walk around the shopping mall to the front entrance of the hotel, because the mall has closed the access to the hotel direct (short-cut).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Night market and shopping wihin short taxi trip from hotel.

a very well design hotel & very comfort to stay, i stayed in the double room with 2 big bed fitted 4 persons with reasonable prices. Shopping mall is just beside the hotel & East Mongkok Rail Line as well. Walking distance around 10 minutes to famous streets.

My family & I enjoy our stay.The room is spacious & new. The hotel is link to shopping centre & Mongkok East Station.Ladies Market is within walking distance The Bird Garden and The Flower Market are just across the road.The service is great
