This is a return stay after 4-5 years ago. The hotel has been extensively remodeled and its rooms are smaller than before but optimally spaced layout with more room amenities to enjoy. Located just above grand century plaza shopping complex and Mong Kok East MTR is just at its doorstep.

there were some renovations in the hotel but it wasn't too bad. lobby was clean. location was fantastic. many beer joints round the street corner. secured lifts. across the hotel is the famous flower markets. pretty nice as all the vendors are preparing for the lunar new year.
direct access to a mall with multiplex. coffee and bakery easily available and were of good quality. the hotel had a nice cigar and bar lounge on the 3rd level. great thing about this hotel is, its so accessible to many parts of kowloon. you can choose to walk to mongkok via sheltered walkway. you can take a bus or travel via mtr to hong kong island or the border with china. plenty of chinese restaurants in the vicinity. great view of the suburban lifestyle minus the buzz. its not your atypical luxurious 5-star but a very functional hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
10 minutes sheltered walkway to Mongkok and ladies market. Tons of local food joints to explore and plenty of shopping. 5 mins walk through the mall to buses and 2 mtr lines; one going straight to the border

Kids love the bath tub and cosy room. Hotel is only 10mins walk to mtr and there is a free shuttle bus that goes directly to the airport express train station which takes about 20 mins to reach the international airport.
