the hotel is under renovation, found that a bit noisy during certain time. the staff are friendly and helpful. the location is convenient and close to MRT stations. The shopping mall however have lots of shops shut down due to the renovation, otherwise is perfect.

enjoyed very much during my stay. Accessible to a numerous shopping places. Good restaurant and various food outlets are within walking distance. Hotel staff are well trained to provide friendly services. Prompt shuttle bus service to tsim tsa tsui is a plus point of the hotel. Will stay again.

My family and I had a really comfortable stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel with its big rooms suitable for families. The room and the hotel in general was very clean and had a great ambience. It is also conveniently located at a MTR station and right next to a mall in which you can find many conveniences. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay!
Restaurant Tip:
The "zou cha" (morning tea) at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is pretty good and not too pricey, definitely worth a try! Jade restaurant (level 6) at the mall next door to the hotel serves good "zou cha" too, so there are 2 nice options conveniently located in the vicinity of the hotel.
