Overall, I will recommend travellers to stay in this hotel. My spouse and I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The huge LCD screen added to the enjoyment with many cable channels offered. Location was pretty OK. The hotel is abit far off from the main MTR line in Mongkok, about 10mins walk, but it was a covered walkway all the way along the street markets. I would go there again if I had to head to HK! At night, you can go to the nearby street markets and they are open till about 10 to 11 or even later, which is reasonable. After spending the whole day sightseeing, we spent some time walking around the streets and shopping.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Avoid dropping off at Prince Edward station, drop off at Mongkok Station, from there, there are guided directions to the hotel under the covered walkway. We got off at Prince Edward station the first time and we nearly got lost.

There is a free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to and from the airport. So no worry about the initial location of the hotel. But do note where the free shuttle bus is at the airport.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Few minutes walk to the famous night market.

I would recommend this hotel for families who want to have a good time in Hong Kong. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Flew in from London easy check in with no credit card, another hotel wanted HK $1000 a night for deposit. Late check out not a problem. Rooms spacious for Hong Kong. Next morning jackhammer doing renovations, complained of noise, wanted to move us but we were spread out a bit so they sent fruit basket and chocolates and a complimentary breakfast. Great customer service. We had a lot of luggage, too much shopping but not a problem and made sure it fitted into one taxi. Gave that extra service. Would definitely go again. Great location and good service.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Internet free at coffee shop in shopping mall same level as hotel. Also great restaurant on your right as you come into shopping mall from hotel.

10 mins walk to nearest MTR, 10 mins walk to Ladies Street at Mongkok. Will return again.
