Great value for money for 3 nights, location is fun, attentive service

none

Stayed for 3 nights on the executive club floor. Large room and very comfortable huge double bed. Got there real late and thankfully check-in was a breeze. Enjoyed breakfast in the exec lounge but didn't have time to find out about the other included perks like afternoon snacks and cocktails -too busy. Highly recommendable for everyone who likes the Mongkok area, plus the MTR station is quite literally in the basement.

the hotel make it a point to pay attention to hyigene esp with the current H1N1. the location of the hotel is easily accessible to almost anywhere in HKG. The shopping mall nxt to it is a bonus!

The air-con was very cold on most of my stay....prices can be quite steep.....

i wld srongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to HKG esp for the 1st time for its excellant location, convience with airport transfer as they provide free shuttle buses from the airport MTR.

Shopping Tip : far yuen street which is near he hotel with trendy n cheap shopping.

Food Court in Shopping Mall

Expensive Drink and food

When offered upgrade make sure to check the cost. we where offered upgrade and was going to cost an extra $700 for 4 nights, we decided to stay where we where, but it pays to ask what it includes. When we booked through Agoda saw photo of room Which included queen size bed and 1 large single. When we checked in they wanted to put rollaway bed into double room told them this was not what was booked, they did agree eventually to give us room we had booked and paid for. Booked 2 half day trips through hotel travel agent,1 was to Victoria Peak, the other was habour cruise to see laser lights of buildings on harbour. both trips good value for money and really worth the money. A good 15 minute walk to Ladies market. If you want to save money on food there is a great food court in the mall think its the 3rd floor.Annies has great fresh pretzels. Great Hotel security in the evening.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Victoria Peak and Harbour cruise well worth the money and great way to see Hong Kong.

The room on the Club floor was well appointed and maintained. The room for Hong Kong was a good size and you didn't feel sqeezed in. The Gym and Health spa on the 8th floor were again of a good standard. The Executive Club was outstanding value and a favorite spot to relax after a full days shopping

The only down side to this hotel was its location although the Century Plaza Shopping centre underneath and the access to the MTR, the Ladies Market and Nathan Road more than compensated

All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here on our next visit to Hong Kong

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Location to markets and Nathan Road shopping

large rooms, convinient to shopping , walking distance to metro.

some of the front desk receptionist are unfriendly. and not willing to assist.

I had stayed at his hotel on most of my visits to hong kong, the place is clean, the rooms are large, and very convinient to shopping , a shopping center is right next door, and also the popular flea market is within the walking distance, many restaurantes in the near by area.the metro system is also within 10 minutes walk, the hotel also provides free shuttle bus to airport transit system.

Hotel Feature Tip : it would be nice if the hotel can provide some free internet time.

Hotel was excellent centrally located near by MTR station neat and clean well furnished

The recepationist staff was very slow we stood in the line for quite long period for check in.There was no spacious arrangment of seating for checking passengers in particular when there is big family and long queue.

Though we booked three rooms in hotel well in advance, when we reached in the hotel at 2pm on 28.05.2009, only two rooms were alloted to us that to be far away from each other even though I requested them. the third room was alloted to us after four hours. so inconvenience after arriaval from long journey. staff was not courtious to help in that situation.when i had not understood what recepationist said due to her pronoucation i requested her to explain me again she said she already explained me. They also not changed our room on next day in spite of may request. thus not happy with recepation staff but other staff was courtious ready to help rooms were clean and neat.

Travel tip : Near MTR station. For Indians Indian foods rastarunt nearby

Close to everything - easy access to shopping and transportation.

Lots of little expenses that add up.

Nice hotel with close and easy access to shopping and train transportation. Friendly staff that are very helpful. The food quality is very good, but watch out for the buffet prices as one meal can cost a clean USD$50. If you are staying for more than a day, you will need to upgrade to and buy the executive package for about USD$75 per night or you will get killed by the food costs, internet access costs, and every other little thing. Overall, a nice place with good staff, good food, comfortable rooms... if you don't mind the price.

Restaurant Tip : Good food, but watch the buffet price. A meal for three will easily run over USD$100!

* reasonable price, * next to New Century shopping mall, * spacious room * Near to some of the shoping streets * and hospitality staffs

- a bit far away from MRT (10min walking) - Quiet during night time

This is the most satisfy hotel that I ever found via Agoda website. The room is much much more better than expected, very spacious, tidy, and convenience. You can find the restaurant in the next door shopping mall easily and also for a movie if you like it. To me, you will never find such a nice hotel at only HKD450++ per night in Hong Kong. My family love it very much. I will book the same hotel again once I travel to Hong Kong again. The staff is very helpful and dedicated to assist anything that you question. Last but not least, never ever miss out the swimming pool at third floors.

Location, Amenities, Comfort, Attentive staff

Expensive

This is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced. Great location - close to local shopping, restaurants, train station, and upsacle mall. The staff was courteous and attentive, but some of the entry level staff don't understand English and answer questions incorrectly. The food is good. They will try to upsell you to an executive package at about day, but it is a good value because one visit to the buffet in the morning could cost half of that and the internet is only free if you buy the upsell. Overall, it was a good stay and I'll go again.

Shopping Tip : Local shopping is an easy walk and the Mang Kok station is close by. The attached mall is nice, lots of food, a movie theater, and plenty of shopping.

A little far to MTR stations

The staffs are nice. We booked a deluxe room, but they upgraded us to Executive Club toom which is located on the 19th floor. We tried the Chinese restaurant there, and the food was pretty nice. The bad thing about the hotel is kinda far to MRT station (15 mins walking).

Hotel was clean and easily located. Located at the stop of the MTR.

Rooms was a bit small. But other than that, everything should be OK.

The staff are quite friendly. The room itself is kinda small but then again, it's not really something new in Hong Kong. Most places are like that. The hotel is actually located on the east side of the city, not on the main line of the MTR so you'd have to change lines which could be a little hassle.

Hotel was clean and easily located. Located at the stop of the MTR.

Rooms was a bit small. But other than that, everything should be OK.

The staff are quite friendly. It seems that they have oversold their rooms and I was given a FREE upgrade to a suite room. The room was extremely BIG. There was a Hall and Room. The room itself is even bigger than the normal room (Superior) that I booked.
