Quiet and Larger Rooms But out of the way.
The Efficient Shuttle service to the MTR, English speaking staff and the rooms and facilities are fairly nice.

We liked the rooms and the facilities. However the WIFI is not as advertised. It is very restrictive. You are only allocated one password per room, which you can you use only on one device and for 1 hour per day. You cant get a signal from your room. It is only from the lobby or from the cafe. So for those intending to stay in touch with work or loved ones, this is very inconvenient. I was also bitten by bugs from the room. The bites are either from bed bugs or chiggers.

I think the check-in counter is a little too crowded, and the speed of checking-in is really too slow. I have been waited for over 20 mins for checking-in. I think if they can improve this service, everything would be perfect by then.

Must try the Osso Bucco rissotto and Foie gras. The hotel was good for a stopping point on the way to downtown. The price is decent but for those needing to be downtown this is not a good stop. It is 10 minute walk to the next MTR and that is the end of the line towards Kowloon.
