Comfortable and valuable hotel
Quite, comfortable, clean and nice environment

it locate at ting kau where is remoted from crowded area, but still very convenient to go to tsuen wan town center since they provide free shuttle service (even to tsim sha tsui). the price is relatively cheap but the room quality is still very good and very clean. they are flexible on the check out time (we were allowed to check out at 2pm), and they response fast on the request.

Nice rooms with an amazing view
free shuttle service to mtr station which brings to many different areas of hkg

hotel was near to airport and disneyland. cabs were quite affordable to get there. if not, the shuttle service to the mtr stations were very useful to get to many places.
Shopping Tip:
there's a few shopping centres in tsuen wen which were good enough without having to go to tst or the night markets there.

you can take 302 mini bus from kwai fong mtr station or tsuen wan mtr station to go back to the hotel. meanwhile, you can take the hotel shuttle bus also. traffic is quite convenience. the environment is quite good and the food in the hotel is good also. especially the pool side bbq, very delicious but the price is quite high.
Restaurant Tip:
Except the restaurant, only a little store in the hotel. You have to prepare some bread or cake for yourself just in case.

Clean rooms but far from town

I was satisfied with the room and the services. One thing Im not happy with, was the route of shuttle bus.
Its not convenient to be in town.

Nice room, clean room, but very very very bad transportation service. there's no shuttle bus from airport to hotel, no free wifi connection, even the internet in the lobby is not free

Good for traveller who will take flight in HK airp

The hotel is located in a place with good view but far away from the town, anyway, they provide free shuttle bus service for their customers. Regarding to the room, the size is big (compare to other hong kong hotel) and clean, in terms of money, it is cost effective, and I will choose it again if my flight is from Hong Kong Airport.

I would give it an okay rating; the services at the hotel were expensive and there was no airport shuttle (unlike what they say online); the service level is very poor and the staff were a bit rude; wouldnot stay there again!!

Great view but far from city

We were offered for free upgrade to a seaview room. able to see the view of the Ting Kau bridge & the Tsing Ma bridge.
