Hotel room is big with clean and thick carpet. But the bed is pretty small for 4 of us (parents and 2 kids of 6 and 11 years).
The view from the room is also very nice (towards the sea).
The location is nice but not too convenient to walk around and no shops / restaurants around.
Luckily there is free shuttle to the closest shopping mall and MTR station, so it helps a lot.
The only disappointed point was, there was no free wifi even in the lobby.

the hotel is nice but service not so good

its good that they have shuttle bus to bring us to mtr station for convenience and right on time.
sadly the people in the hotel is not courteous or accommodating enough, when i got into the room it smells like someone has just smokes a cigarette (should spray air freshener at least), no one helped us carry our bags or even asks if we need help ...
need to improve the service & the people ... a smile doesn't hurt anyone it makes makes people feel welcome

Nice city get away hotel

Lovely otel but a bit far from the main city

Our Stay was generally releaxing and ok. The rooms are neat and clean. . Shuttle service is on time which compensates for the location. Location is a bit from center of hong kong. Limited food choices. Given the shuttle schedules , no flexibility and Cannot stay out late for shopping . Very near airport, Disneyland. Our schedules should incorporate the shuttle service time.

Lovely Hotel with a Great view

i feel good about the location of this hotel. it is really peaceful and comfortable.good location close to airport. clean rooms but a little small. great relaxing facility - fitness, swiming pool, sauna, etc. hotel is well maintained and room size is alright for 3 adults. convenient via shuttle bus from hotel to mtr tsuen wan station. cons: a bit far from city (ie. tst, causeway bay & central) even via mtr.

Bad room, very bad service, not worth the price

The room was very, very small.
Don't trust what they show in descriptions- the room is quite small.
There was ill smell in the room, and windows just cannot be opened - they are officially locked.
Service is almost equal to having nothing.
When asked changing a room for the ill smell, the answer was - just open air con and wait the smell to go.
Service very bad, and the staff there was quite unpleasing - they never smile, and answers nearly nothing more than non-sense when being asked about something.
Location is ugly. There is no restaurants nearby, and a taxi ride is needed for any activities.
I won't stay in this hotel again. This is the last time life-time.

i had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. since it was the first time that i went to hk, i decided to stay at this hotel. the location was quite far off from the main areas. but the hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearest mtr station at tsueng wan. i found this to be of great convenience. the hotel staff was helpful and accomdating to the things that i requested for. the room was a bit small but the view was amazing.

Isolated but that's what er're looking for

we wanna escape from busy city so even though it's isolated location we love it. and they have suttle to tst and mtr it's also convenient.
room is nice and spacious with resonable price, the room view is awesome too!
breakfast not many choices but only us$10 for buffet breakfast what can you ask for? so i think it's good. except seem restaurant supervisor so professional.
Restaurant Tip:
If you wanna try out local food instead of hotel restaurant, go to the nearby town Sham Tseng which is only US$3 by taxi, there you found famous roast duck and local cuisine and dessert shop, etc.
