although it is a little bit far from hong kong island, this venue is blissful for a retreat. close to beaches with beautiful views, friendly staff and a relaxing environment, this hotel will be a wise choice for a weekend break. the managers obviously have a knack for delivering superior quality given the attention to details such as the relaxing music in corridors, the fresh, natural smells and the relaxing lighting and design throughout. highly recommended.

it s been a very efficient confirmation experience, quick booking in a short time without hesitate in terms of price and hotel grade which i need it around airport. althought it s a bit far away from city but great enough for short stay accomodation under a very limited choice in the district. however, the tiny lobby packed with lots of tourist is not pleasant enough when walk in a 4 stars hotel

They don't call it the Royal View for nothing!
The view from the hotel was beautiful! The wide windows brought in so much light and allowed so much to see at night. Modern interior design yet homey.

I loved this hotel so much, the interior was so modern and elegant. The windows in the rooms were so wide, you get to really appreciate the view, especially at night.
The room didn't fall short on amenities. We had a huge flat screen TV in the living area, and a smaller one for the bedroom. The bathroom was also beautifully decorated. They provided more than enough towels and toiletries.
The only downside to this hotel is its location. It's in a pretty remote area that it can only be reached by cab. Even our driver had a difficult time locating it. And due to the location, the places to dine were very limited. And there was also the lack of free wifi internet connection.
Other than that, everything about this place is great. And I would stay in it again if I were some nice quiet alone time with my partner.

We have got a free upgrade to a suite because we've only check-in late at 11 pm., the suite is super spacies (by HK standard), but unluckily the water mark on the floor carpet right in front of the bathroom degraded our highly praised comment. Furthermore, the caf'e serving the HK$70 breakfest don't have enough staffing and topping up of food to keep up the high standard of the hotel's rating.

hassles-free and covered parking was a major attraction. service was in general courteous and efficient. clean and tidy all over the hotel. rooms, not luxurious, equipped with all the essentials. ideal for relaxation and private moments.
Restaurant Tip:
Trying roasted goose in the nearby Sham Zheng is strongly recommended. Time permitting, a little store next to Yue Kee Roasted Goose sells special tea and coffee. Remember to bring a camera to capture how the chef makes it. Reservation recommended as he is not always there.
