Arrived at the hotel via the free shuttle bus service from a nearby MTR station that ran at frequent intervals stopping at around 10pm. Hotel location however is a bit in the middle of nowhere and a bit far off the city centre. Overall it was a good stay if you are looking to get away from the hustle nature of HK.

The location is not very good to the down city, but they offer free shuttle bus which is good and always on time.
The charge of wifi is expensive HKD40 per hour. It is concerned the service of wifi should be free to cheaper according to the bad location.
Generally, this hotel is fine overall.

this is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. overall i am quiet happy with the hotel staff they are very helpful and friendly. and my kid like the children room. and the are also easy for me as i always shop at discovery shopping center and kwai fong area. i will definetely recomend to my friend and family. i am planing to stay at this hotel again during my march 2012 trip to hk.
Shopping Tip:
Near shopping area like Discovery and Kwai Fong. And also not too far from the airport.

the room was quite ok because i know that i wouldnt be able to find nicer place at that price near chim sa chui or central.
but it took 30 min. from chim sa chui and the last hottel shuttle left at 22 o'clock so i couldnt enjoy night life?
Restaurant Tip:
No cvs or restaurants near hotel, so you have to buy things in town so you might need anything.

It is a nice hotel but I don't think I will stay there again. The room is clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and room is quiet. The hotel staffs are friendly. However, the bathroom despite its modern feature, definitely needs improvement. The bath sink doesn't drain well and the toilet doesn't flush well unless you press the handle for at least 5 seconds. Also the water leaks out from the shower door to the bathroom area every time I take showers. In addition, the location is quite far from everything. No restaurant or cafe nearby except those expensive ones at the hotels. The free shuttle bus departs every 30 minutes but I have to get there at least 15 minutes before the departure time to get a seat (lines get long quickly). Often there are no taxi waiting at the hotel and have to ask the hotel staff to call one. The nearby minibus or bus stop is 10 minutes walk which I do not recommend.

I can say this is very new hotel, with wonderful seaview. But it's always freezing here, strong wind... maybe because of the remote location. No other tall buildings nearby, that's why strong wind, especially in Winter. A bit far away from main centre... They have free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan and Tsim Sha Tsui. Otherwise, you have to pay very expensive taxi from hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR Station.
