Quiet and Larger Rooms But out of the way.
The Efficient Shuttle service to the MTR, English speaking staff and the rooms and facilities are fairly nice.

We liked the rooms and the facilities. However the WIFI is not as advertised. It is very restrictive. You are only allocated one password per room, which you can you use only on one device and for 1 hour per day. You cant get a signal from your room. It is only from the lobby or from the cafe. So for those intending to stay in touch with work or loved ones, this is very inconvenient. I was also bitten by bugs from the room. The bites are either from bed bugs or chiggers.

great hotel with friendly staff
free shuttle bus, good size room, good equipped gym and swimming pool

The hotel is great with free shuttle bus to and from the Tsuen Wan stations, it will even be better if they can run more trips to and from Tsim Sha Tsui. The gym is well equipped with 24 hours opening and swimming pool is nice with safe guard attended. Price is reasonable and room is good sized. Stall are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable hotel room with great service staff
Affordable rates, comfortable room and attentive staff.

A wonderful experience. Despite the location, the hotel provides a great shuttle service to Tsuen Wan MTR and Tsuen Wan West MTR. Very peaceful and serene surroundings. A good place to rest and relax.

The staff was rude, the rooms very small, but the fitness center was really nice. It is also nice that there is a free shuttle into Tsuen Wan, but even the shuttle drivers were very rude when we were catching the shuttle back to the hotel. They tried to charge us money, even though it was billed as a free service.

in general, staff is friendly except those in front desk. they work like robot without warm welcoming. no smile and eye contact at all. didn't offer proper help. felt like we were begging which is quite awkward.
besides, the shuttle bus driver ' s temper is quite bad.

good hotel and have good secondary staff waiter n make room lady tats all front desk totally failure bad manners front desk and rude what a waste and the pr lady thinks she so preety only talks to white skin if u yelolow skin u jus wait! word of advise please train your front desk to be more helpful and put on a smiling face irregargless of what skin v r!!!!
