Lovely hotel and service with a smile

as we first entered the shamrock hotel we were struck immediately by the very friendly and helpful staff. during our 6 days there we continued to be impressed by all the staff who always greeted us and were very helpful. we loved our little corner room which had 2 windows which made the room very bright. the location of the hotel is terrific as it is right on nathan rd, is very near the metro, close to shops, the night market on temple st., restaurants and the beautiful kowloon park. one can easily walk down to the waterfront and the star ferry. our room was quiet and clean. the convenient shamrock restaurant on the 10th floor was reasonably priced.

Super near to Jordan MTR station

Shamrock Hotel was good. The location of the hotel is definitely a plus point as its near to Jordan MTR. However, the bad point about it is they do not provide the FREE airport shuttle bus like some other hotels does.
But getting around was easy. Currently their cafe is having promotion for their breakfast/lunch/dinner.. Worth a try coz the price is just slightly more than the tea house prices and the best part is you are eating inside the Hotel.

i was travelling with my elderly mum and 2 aunts and and had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. this hotel has an excellent location with many shopping centers and eateries around it. temple street night market is just 10min on foot from the hotel. rooms are a bit small but are adequate for us. their staffs are very friendly and helpful and would always greet us when we leave or return.
i have nothing bad to say about this hotel except that when we were staying there the hotel's lobby was under renovation and we had to be directed to the 2nd floor for check in which wasn't much of an issue.
all in all a very pleasant stay and we wound definitely return!!

i reserve a standard room but since theirs no rooms available when we arrived i was given a suite but i have to move out the next day to a standard room, i was shocked at how small the standard rooms is, compared to the suite i came from.

The lobby of this hotel was under renovation when we were there. The reception was moved to a small room on the first floor. While I was busy with the registration, the rest of us were ushered to a small lounge that provide us with drinks. This hotel is conveniently located on Nathan road and the MRT station is just besides the hotel. The service was great and we had a pleasant stay at the Shamrock Hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Take a train to the nite market. Easy and fast.
