Great hotel for great price

The hotel is very easy to find, being right accross the Bus A21's 11th stop from the airport. Checking in and out was quick. But the only smile we got was from the kind cleaning lady who helped us opening the door to our room. It was difficult to use the magnetic card, always took us several tries before the door's light turned green. The room was small but with adequate space to walk about and unpack the luggage. There's an odd smell in the room, but it's faint and we soon adapted to it. The bathroom was also small but very clean and looked new. Wellcome is right accross Nathan Rd. We got a room with two windows facing the road, but we couldn't hear any sound from the street. Although we could hear sounds from the next rooms. Location was superb, being next to C1 entrance/exit of MTR Jordan station and walkable to the harbour. For the price that we got from Agoda, the hotel was worth it.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try : The Australia Dairy Company near the hotel. Their egg sandwich was the best I've ever had. The egg custard pudding was also delicious.

Good location & great service

This hotel is located at a very good location, only 3 minutes to the Jordan under ground station, plenty of shops & restaurants around the hotel. Only few minutes of walking distance to Temple street. Room is clean and tidy, not too small, would stay at this hotel again next time.

this hotel located in jordan, not in tsim sha tsui. but still jordan also quite good area.

Friendly staff and great location

the first impression counts. the staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and patient. this was a relief after coming from macau,
right next door was a mtr-station, so it took no time or effort at all to get anywhere in hong kong. disneyland took us about half an hour, and crossing the water to hong kong center even less.
two blocks down from the hotel, a nice 5 minute walk, was the famous night market of kowloon, which is great for buying cheap stuff and t-shirts, but even better for having seafood and a beer, sitting outside and watching the crowd pass by.
Restaurant Tip:
knutsford terrace, kowloon. a really sweet little street with european, italian cuisine and atmosphere. when you get tired of all the seafood and noodles, treat yourself on an ossobucco and a glass of wine... just off nathan road, behind miramar tower. enter kimberly road and go up the knutsford steps... and there they are...

shamrock is of good location. i would say that it is near the high end shopping malls like miramar, near mtr just by the corner and also mid-end shops like bossini/ giordano.
the hotel also is very hygienic and good service.

Pleasant hotel in Jordan

we arrived at midday and checking-in was quick. the room was available without having to wait. staff spoke good english and were helpful. as usual, no porter service and guests help themselves with luggage to the room which wasn't a problem (as long as there is a lift). all in all, we had a pleasant stay at shamrock.
Restaurant Tip:
On temple street, there's a restaurant specializing in spicy crab. Worth a try.
