It's a convenient, clean hotel with good service.
The staffs can speak in Cantonese, Mandarin and English very well.

The rooms are better than the entrance looks like, but need some repairs. Bring your own soaps and shampoos. Although right at Nathan Road, the isolation is good. The MTR is around the corner, but getting a taxi may be a tedious event.

A very good hotel in great location at good price when HK was busy with trade fairs. Very clean, good sized room, very well equipped bathroom, amenities you expect in 5 star.
Restaurant Tip:
Shamrock Chinese restaurant on Nathan Rd was great food.

I got a good price from Agoda and as expected got a small inconvenient room. The desk staff gave me discount coupons for my breakfast and when I forgot them one day the breakfast room staff kindly gave me another.

A pretty standard 3 star HK hotel in a good location

They sent a basket of fruit with some vodka and Jim Beam to the room on arrival. Weird, but welcome.

In general OK.
The hotel is very well placed in NATHAN ROAD near the shopping places and night life. In case you have a room face to NATHAN ROAD it could be noisy.
The entrance and reception could be also a litle bit small.
Also some places at the hotel could be a litle shaby
