On Nathon road just in-between Mongkok and Victoria harbour, 2min from Jordan subway station

got a good stay, pretty good location in the middle of KowLoon.
For the ones traveling with the subway, the Shamrock hotel exit is mentioned, just turn right at the exit ;-)
Shopping Tip:
Lady's road is a must to see :-)

Shamrock Hotel Hong Kong
Location, value for money in their restaurant next to the main door.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Right next to the Jordan station allowing access to everywhere in Hong Kong, next to the Temple Street night market and close to Ladies Market. The hotel ticks all the right boxes for an affordable stay right in the heart of Nathan Road shopping district.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the restaurant next to the hotel main door. Much better and cheaper option than many others.

You pay for what you get....
Great location in Kowloon

+ Great location - <10 mins walk to Tsim Tsa Tsui ferry terminal/avenue of the stars. Temple street street market just behind the hotel. MTR literally next to the hotel. Food choices easily available within walking distance
- Not much room decor - I guess for HK standards, it's acceptable for what they charge per room per night. However, I've stayed in much better 3 star hotels with nicer room decor. The necessities are there though, a safe, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, TV, dresser etc. But just that the room looks slightly better than a motel room only. I've read the other reviews that they love the room.... maybe they had an upgrade but the basic deluxe room is well... mediocre.
- Small Hotel - it's literally just a block along nathan road, together with the other buildings. not a hotel with it's premises/taxi stand etc. For a similar budget, BP International looks a lot grander with more comfortable rooms. Just that the location is not as good as Shamrock's, a bit of a walk to MRT.

This hotel looking small but may it be normal for this rate of hotel. The room I stay was comfotable event it's a smoking room. I did not smell any smoke.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel nearby temple street, If you ever visit bangkok, It's look like "Pat Pong street". it prenty of shirt and souvenir.
