Stay was nice. This was the second time staying in Silka Seaview Hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Behind hotel is Temple Street. Nice night market with many eateries.

good enough hotel
strategic location,affordable
6.7
the place is as what others say is rather small. but the place is strategically located. the service level is quite good as well. best thing is that they provide free wireless, if you asked from frontdesk.
they also have several free vouchers if you asked frontdesk as well.

Good location but small rooms
6.3
The hotel is near to C exit at Yau Ma Tei MTR. Nearby the hotel has numbers of retails shops. However the wifi is poor in this hotel, hardly to use. Anyway, the room condition is good.

Small and clean rooms
rooms were clean and bathroom well stocked, walking distance to MTR station

Front desk was not particularly friendly, they seldom smiled. Rooms were generally ok, for the price we paid, couldnt expect much. Shower area was quite small, just standing room and with the space to turn around in. Wifi was not good! Couldn't get the signal consistently and connection was slow.

Great location, clean and safe
Great location, near to low to mid class shopping. Eateries all round. Near to Temple Street, Ladies Market, Mong kok shopping belts. Rooms are clean but very small, Toilet is narrow. If you are size 40 waist, difficult to turn in shower.
7.3
Right behind is street with rice pot. One particular stall has very long queue. Generally, no big deal, Claypot chicken rice is Malaysia and Singapore is way better in flavour, taste and character. Do not go to the first stall from hotel side. No good. More for tourist. The locals who eat there do not have class. On another night, we ate at one with steam fish at HK$138. Good. Also, the normal Hong Kong style steam pork ribs, chicken, sausage pot rice are way better. These are available in dim sum stalls all over hong kong. But, explore around. Morning porridge is good, We found a dim sum place along a street market towards Mong Kok. Good.Generally, across the road towards the Tian Hou temple, pass the Public Library on the left and head diagonal to the right.

Small rooms but quite near to MTR yau ma tei station, Inhouse movie kept repeating for 5days. Free Wifi said to be in room.. But 4 of us couldn't get log onto.. only at Lobby its connection also so faint... Room is small & cozy but only can fit one Luggage. No place to put shopping bags..Lol.. Will maybe stay there again if rate is cheaper. :)

good location, night market temple street is 5 minute walk. And near to Yau Ma Dei MRT station.
Mong Kok is to the north and Jordon Street in to the south.
Room size is good for Hong Kong. Recommend for stay.
