note: there are only 3 non-smoking floors
you need to log on at least once a day with the username and pwd.
the ac isn't that strong.
there are 2 tiny little elevators.
the bed sheets have some tiny holes.
was without hot water one night because the water heater was broken, and no one informed me when i walked in. i didn't find out until i got into the shower and then i called the front desk after.
you may want to consider losing weight in order to fit into the shower, which smelled of urine. don't know if that was due to the poor ventilation so the shower curtain never dried or there was urine by the shower.
the staff that was assigned to clean my room is very nice.
the front desk staff are okay.

the room is super small than I ever stayed, luckily got free wifi service but there are no shuttle bus provide to the town. The lift service have to improve, when morning going for check out it was always full. Lift only can loaded 4 persons. It was wasted the timing to wait for next turn.

Great location, but a bit crowded

Hotel is within walking distance to the night market and MTR, which is very convenient.
The standard room is a bit cramped, but clean.
We were there during the off-peak season, but still there were so many hotel guests. The lobby is perpetually full of people, and with only two tiny elevators servicing all floors it's always a bit of a wait before we get back to our room.
