Great Location, clean comfortable rooms, value

Hotel in good postion close to trains, temple street night markets and Nathan Rd. Easy to find when catching airport bus to kwoloon is the 1st stop after getting on bus. Room clean, view average, beds way too small if your over 5ft 5 inches. Good for those wanting a base to sleep in.

All reno in the room seems to be fairly new. No funny smell and toilet is very clean.

The hotel is located near behind the main and bustling Nathan street. It is a plus point for not being located on the main street because room facing the Nathan street can be noisy till late night. A21 airport bus stop and Yau Ma Tei MTR station are just within 5 min walk. Mong Kok & Jordan is within 1o - 15 min walk. If you are looking for clean, new reno, conveniently located (easily access to many shopping area though not right in the middle of places like Mong Kok or Tshim Sha Tsui) and reasonable priced hotel, this is it.

I stayed there from 26 August to 29 August 2010. Good location, only 3 minutes walk to Yau Ma Tei station. Although room is small, but very clean and neat, suitable for couple on sgihtseeing or business trip. Temple street is just behind the hotel and things are very cheap. Value for money, will stay there again in next trip to Hong KOng

Stayed in HK for 3 nights with my sister. Our main reason for visiting HK was to shop and to see the sights. We picked the Dorsett Seaview Hotel mainly because it was very near the night market (Temple St.) and near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station.
Room size is adequate in size for my sister and I, but may be too cramped for other people. Bathroom was clean but really limited in space (bigger people might have hated the shower size). We especially liked the shower head because it was the big, overhead type. The water pressure was good too, but the shower drain wasn't too efficient in draining water during the last day of our stay.
We didn't try their food so I can't really comment on the hotel food.
Hotel staff are accommodating but not really that approachable/friendly-looking. Service is good, though, but would be even better if matched with friendlier staff.
