Good location for leisure holiday
Facing the sea with a good beach. A lot of restaurants nearby.

I stayed for two nights with my family. During our stay, the gyms and outdoor swimming pool were under maintanence. The restaurant is facing the sea and provides a good view of the beach. There are two wings of the hotel and I stayed in the old one. In general, the facilities are a bit old but acceptable. For the Wi Fi in room, you have to pay about HK$200 for three days.

Comfortable hotel with friendly service

On arrival we were told the hotel was under new ownership, and there was a short hiatus while new room keycards could be issued. However, this was soon put right. The new owners had presumably decided to resurface the terrace, which meant pneumatic drills going all day. However, we were able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace before they started work, and dinner after they'd finished, and I assume this work is now complete. The rooms were well appointed. Service was a little naive, but willing. Ample breakfast with good choice. Dinner a little unadventurous, but perfectly adequate. Being a beach resort, I was a little surprised that no beach towels or parasols were offered, the new owners should give this consideration, since the beach is fine and very clean. It was easy to find and use the public transport to the Big Buddha, and also Tai O,which I recommend- we did them both in a day (No 1 bus to Tai O, No 21 bus from Tai O to Buddha, No 2 bus back to Silvermine)

cozy hotel with grogious beach, saunny day

my mom with me stays in the hotel with a double bed, which embrased me a little. but it;s a gret hotel to take vacation in, not for shopping or business.sunny beach and hot taned boys and gorls, women and men, even some dogs are enjoying the great views and weather. i love it much and mom loves the buffet eating in the gardern with the sunrise.
Shopping Tip:
it's a bit small,and far away from downtown. you need to take a bus for 45min to get downtown.

Lovely hotel with excellent location

we stayed here for a long vacation what was excellent. you can really relax and refresh here. the sea is very near to the hotel, just a few steps away, so you can enjoy a beautiful view from the hotel and easily go to swim there.
the hotel rooms are comfortable with all the basics provided, the cleanlines should be improved. the staff is very friendly and helpful, though the food is just so so. it's much better to walk around a bit and can find lot of very good restaurants nearby, what are cheap and the food is tasty.
with the ferry it takes cc 40 minutes to reach the city if want to do shopping or else.

The view on night really worth with the room's price.
Nice restaurants.
Nice barbeque event.
5mins walk from mini market.
Not much restaurant as option.
A bit far from the center of hongkong.
Perfect for sea lover's.
Great service.
Need to spent around 30mins from kowloon to reach this hotel.
Hard to find accomodation to reach this hotel.

There was some rest. behind this hotels with budget value.
