Lousy hotel with poor service

This hotel is a one star hotel advertised as a 3.5. The rating is pure fiction for a room so small that you can barely get in or out and comes without a chair. It is best not to bring luggage to this place. Be well prepared to work or email must be done crouching on a hassock.
The two rooms we were given were for the handicapped although the hotel was almost empty. Indeed, we saw but two customers over three days. As we arrived late, we were too tired to complain to the non English-speaking employees. The two handicapped rooms we were given was awful. I pity the person that stays here, as there is virtually no room for a wheelchair. Both bathrooms reeked of sewage. It had leaking fixtures and was moldy. We demanded two new rooms in the morning and it was like having a rotten molar removed. The entire staff at the front desk at were a dour lot and should not be connected with the public. My recommendation is that you stay away unless you are a bugger for punishment.

the hotel is accessible and near the mtr station. staff of the hotel were vey accommodating and of help. eventhough hotel room were small its clean and organized. thumbs up!

อยู่ถัดจากcentralไปแค่สถานีเดียว และอยู่ในย่านเดียวกับท่าเรือไปมาเก๊า เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มาเที่ยวทั้งฮ่องกงและมาเก๊า โรงแรมนี้หากมาครั้งแรก อาจงงเส้นทาง เพราะต้องซอกแซกนิดนึง สถานีรถใต้ดินและโรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลกันมากสามารถเดินไปได้สะดวก ส่วนการเดินทางจากโรงแรมไปท่าเรือ ก็สามารถเดินไปได้แต่จะไกลนิดนึง หากมีผู้ใหญ่และเด็กมาด้วยควรนั่ง
แท็กซี่ ห้องพักstandardมีขนาดเล็กมากเมืี่อเทียบกับราคา(เพราะไม่มีอาหารเช้าด้วย)แต่ใหม่ สะอาด เรียบร้อยดี พนักงานก็อัธยาศรัยดี บริการดี

บริเวณที่ตั้งโแรม จะเป็นย่านที่ดูเก่าแก่ มีร้านขายสมุนไพรจีนมากมาย ซึ่งดูต่างจากสถานีcentralที่ดูทันสมัย ถึงแม้จะถัดมาแค่สถานีเดียว

酒店很整洁干净，工作人员相当热情。交通便利，上环地铁站A2出口右转步行5分钟，到港澳码头也只要步行5分钟，都很方便。走去中环15分钟左右，一路上还有好多风景可看，途径兰桂坊，总之是个闹中取静的酒店。周边小吃也不少，随时都不怕饿肚子。可惜房间确实小了点，不过淋浴花洒水很大哦，就价格而言，在这个地段还是相当值了。推荐自由行的游客哦~~~

中环地铁站过去很近 上环站——A出口崇光路右转，一直走走过两个街区到文咸东街和西街以及崇光路的交叉口，这里的大家乐餐厅味道不错，性价比挺高，在交叉口往皇后大道西走 上有家早餐厅也不错，里面的牛腩粉条酸酸甜甜挺可口，酒店门面不大，但是挺高，房间虽然不大，但有需要，服务员总能很贴心给你提供，例如充电器转接头，暖水壶，总的来说，香港的服务还是一流的，寸土寸金的地方也就只有这些让我们感到这个住宿价格有点欣慰

酒店客服人员待客亲切热忱,酒店位于繁华地段,交通便利,房间空间虽然较小,但也整洁舒适,附近有餐厅和超市,很便利,是性价比较高的商务型酒店.
