Overall our experience was pleasant. The surrounding was safe and clean. The hotel was close to all modes of transportation. The room was a bit small but clean. The staff was friendly, nice and accommodating. So if you cant find a hotel in central, i would suggest you to try this hotel. Not too far from central which is a good shopping and night life area but also the price is reasonable.

Nearby shueng wan mtr station-walking distance 5-10mins ,easy access to central,causeway bay shopping district.receptionist are very friendly and helpful,they even helped us to grab a taxi during peak hour and always Greet us with friendly smile whenever meet us at hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to visit Hong Kong.

hotel is in a great spot - close to soho, queens rd central, macau ferry terminal, mtr etc. and is not overly expensive. is also clean, and staff are helpful and speak fluent english. rooms are quite small though - but this is to be expected though considering the location and cost per night.

Close to mid level escalators for good dining selection

It's close from the Macau ferry and MTR station(Sheungwan), but it will be a little bit tired to walk to these places with luggages.
The room is not big, but it's comfy and okay for only staying at night.

We travelled with group of 4 together, book 2 rooms . Everyone is satisfied with the staffs and the environment of the hotel. Clean and cosy.
Staffs are helpful with enquiry. However, twin room a little squeeze , double room are ok.

i stayed here with my sister for a week and it was perfect! the rooms are very small but if you're going to be out during the day and just want somewhere to sleep then this is perfect!! the beds are small but comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities we needed and the staff were fantastic! they lent me an adapter and extension cord and were so helpful.
the location is great and you're in walking distance to everything. i would recommend this hotel to people who want a nice, simple room and will be out during the day. if you're with your partner you might want something a little more spacious and romantic as soon as your key card opens the room door your 2 steps from the bed and 1 step from the bathroom.
the price, location, service and comfortable rooms make this hotel fantastic and i would definitely return
