people were rude my room was not clean, had hair everywhere. and to top it off had nail clippings on the floor. very disgusting. rooms need upgrade.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the town around the hotel is worth taking a walk around.

Rooms are very small, but ok if you intend to stay out of the hotel the entire day. It's a 5min walk to MTR Causway & Time Square which is very convenient! Communication barrier is always a problem. Although staff is friendly, they dont know how to navigate you when you want to find your way around HK. They will just refer you to the Map.
Walls are too thin, so you can hear whatever is happening in the corridor...and the other room! Not advisable to stay with kids. The hotel is considerably OK if you will spend the entire day outside / just return to rest/sleep. Location is convenient since they are very close the MTR station. If you get hungry, street food can be easily found around the corner. For those who crave / miss Filipino food...Little Quiapo is just across the street.
