hotel is a little old and room is small but enough for stay with all utilities.

I had my parents put up in the Souht Pacific Hotel as I'd thought the hotel I was staying in would be too inconvenient for them and too cramped. As things turned out, my room at the other hotel was larger! But my parents loved the layout of the room, as the toilet does not face the beds. The room is clean and well-kept, and the linens are fresh. The location of the hotel is also convenient, being a stone's throw from Times Square and a nearby wet market that my mother particularly liked.
What stood out for my parents was the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful, courteous and ready to go the extra mile to accommodate my parents, who were quite anxious as this was their first time in Hong Kong. Definitely I will recommend this hotel.

Good location, good for shopping. Only 10 mins walk to time square. Very friendly staffs and service is great. But the hotel is quite old so the room a bit smell. Also the shower is no good, we had to leave the water on for at least half hr before shower otherwise it's freezing cold.

Great location, small room, reasonable rates

Stayed for just 1 night on this occasion. Hotel is nice and clean and prices are pretty reasonable (I stayed on a weekend).
Building is near streets of meat and vegetable markets (daytime), and food shops (nighttime), but stay on a high floor and you won't hear a thing. Some dark alleys nearby and lines of people waiting for the bus, but stay on the main roads and you'll be okay.
It's two streets from Times Square and the Causeway Bay MTR station, which makes this a very good location if you need to hop on a train. Walking distance to good food in the Lockhart Road area too.
Staff are friendly and room is reasonably well appointed - wired Internet connection, bar fridge (2 bottles of water and 2 other drinks), electric kettle and a small selection of tea/coffee, small wall-mounted LCD TV with about 21 channels, in-room safe, alarm clock. Bathroom features tub with shower head and the usual amenities (soap, toothbrush, comb, etc.), as well as an electronic toilet with seat warmer! Small space but not too cramped.
The mattress was a bit too hard for me and there were only 2 pillows (plus 1 in the small wardrobe) for a queen-sized bed meant for 2 persons.
A laundry service is available as well, although I did not use it on this visit.
A nice option if you want to be centrally located, and way cheaper than many other hotel options in the vicinity.
Restaurant Tip:
Walk a few streets down and cross Hennessey Road to find shopping and food even late into the night. Visit the Yee Shun Milk Company on Lockhart for their fantastic milk pudding. Go to Tsui Wah Cha Chan Teng on Jaffe for HK-style fast food. Wash it all down with a refreshing mango juice drink from Hui Lao Shan on Hennessey.

Great location! Room size is ok, for single traveler. There is 7 - 11 100meters away. Easy to get taxi to the pier or airport. Walk distance major shopping complex within causeway Bay Area. Time square sogo etc. will stay next time travel, worth the money.
