few complains on the stay:
1. the room turned out to be smaller than expected.
2. the sheets were not clean as me and my friend developed some skin rashes after the second night of stay.
3. on the first night, there were some construction going on and they started hammering the walls as early as 8am.
4. the lemongrass scent in hotel's corridors were not really pleasant to me.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom facilities very welcome after a day's traveling. Bed was comfortable, but the light over the mirror would only switch off when the power was cut by removing the guest card from activation point. There was a recharging torch in the bedside which came on of it's own accord until I loosened the lens - rather annoying. The breakfast room on level two was well appointed and the choice of food excellent and well presented. Concierge staff very helpful with my baggage. Altogether a good experience and I would stay again.

Good location near Times Square in Causeway Bay, clean room and good service but need to pay for keeping luggage after check-out. Old Shanghai style with an Indian at the door. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious Shanghai style food. Will come again.
Shopping Tip:
Times Square and Sogo are just near by, 10 mins on foot

the location is great, only few mins walk to causeway bay and local market. a good size room compare with other hotels. the only negative is those beds are extremely hard!

Close to shopping but terrible sound proofing

This is the worst sound proofing room I was staying in Hong Kong. You can hear not just people walking in the corridor, but also what your neighbour is talking or doing at late night....
Additional issue is this hotel accepts many tours from a nearby country, which make it really noisy and dirty.
I will not definitely stay in this hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay even though a couple of things were not working when I arrived in the room but they had them fixed very quickly.
Shopping Tip:
Causeway bay is a great place for shopping.
