they charge hkd per night call (around 1 am) to concierge when we had short circuit ( no electricity in the room at all ) due to kettle leaked. It was emergency call they explained. Hotel blacklisted.

We feel easy to stay at this hotel. At night there is small stall selling very cheap, nice and small bite food. A few bakery are selling very nice egg tart! Overall the hotel service is great except a bad attitube receptionist.

Great location with decent sized rooms
No hassles at check in and out. Front desk service was efficient.

Liked especially it's proximity to Times Square and rest of Causeway Bay. Lots of Restaurants nearby and great shopping. Hotel looked busy most of the time with lots of tour groups which can be a negative point for some.

Great price for Hong Kong

South Pacific isn't in the heart of the city but it's near enough to an MTR to make it convenient. Accommodation is generally expensive in Hong Kong so for the price we paid, its a real bargain.

Good location to explore the city

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in Nov 2012. It is a good hotel if you are in Hong Kong to explore the city and roam around. The room are neat and decent sized by HK standards. The best part about the hotel is the location ..... 5 min walk to causeway bay MTR so it is easy to go travel to any part of the city. You can also roam around the Times Square area which is located close by.
