The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging my China visa. The rooms are standard four star. The hotel is aggressive in it's pricing and does a good job with last minute deals to fill the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get to know the subway and train system. It is the easiest and cheapest way to get into Central and to get back when taxis are hard to find.

Good Location rooms are alright
Service was good staff was friendly. Room is decently priced for the location and enough for simple short trip.

My stay was a short business trip. Rooms is decently size for the price and location. Breakfast there was not anything special would recommend future guest to walk around lots of foods stall near by.
Has a few clothing factory outlets around the area. Walked to Wanchai computer center to have a look at electronics prices are quite reasonable. Times square is a short walk to from hotel as well as the MTR. Branded goods can be found in times square some are quite pricey. For food there is quite a wide variety all around.

Good value hotel in downtown HK

Check in was quick and easy, as was check out, although I thought I'd only made a reservation online and would pay cash, but they took from my credit card.Rooms were simple with free wifi, stayed 24th floor and was quiet.

Goto Mings on the back alley way for authentic HK style food
And if want some sports go to the champs bar across the road
For shopping pop over to times square

good security system, reception staff, room cleaner,restaurant and management staff
beginning to age feel about it but good value for money
Restaurant Tip:
near to Times Square shopping mall...but had dreadfully rude service at the hotpot restaurant on the 11th floor

it is located between WanChai and Causeway Bay, walking distance to eateries, shopping etc.

It is efficiently run, you get good answers for your inquiries, very helpful. Room size is as expected, small compare to South East Asia's hotels, but very acceptable for its rate, afterall, it is Hong Kong.
Free internet access that many major hotels do not provide. Located between WanChai and Causeway Bay, what more can you ask for that price. All amenities were there, so basically they provide everything that is expected of a hotel of its rating plus a central location.
Travel tip:
Ask the door man for direction, he is one of the best and most helpful and do not expect gratuities.

The hotel location is very conveniently located to the places which I needed to get to. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Times Square.
The room is a bit small. The bell boy was great. Gone through a lot of trouble in getting me a taxi during rush hour.

What a great stay. The staff was super friendly and eager to help you. Even after chekking out we could use all facilities for the rest of the day. The room is really nice compare to other same level of stars hotels.Most important: it was super clean. We really felt being welcome here.
