Great location and fantastic service

Location: just 5 min away from causeway bay station. There are many street food and small shops next to the hotel. There's also airport shuttle.
Service: the staff is always so eager to help and serve with a smile. Quite different from other hotel.
Room: typical hotel room with sufficient walking space. There's a bath tub and a toilet bowl with seat warming mechanism.
Shopping Tip:
Go to jeraldine cresent if you are looking for cheap clothes. Try Ju Ji for nice almond biscuits.

One great thing about this hotel is that the staff is always ready to help. They will be there to help you carry luggages or will be very friendly if you ask for direction. The room is of a comfortable size with a decent washroom. Location wise, this hotel is only 5 minutes away from mtr station and is near to major mall like times square.

the hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. they helped me with my luggages once i came out from the taxi. the room is a bit small but it has all equipments that i need. the bed is queen size bed and nicely setup. free wifi is available with a strong signal, which is very convenient for business travellers.

Hotel situated in the heart of CWB and Wanchai, is ideal for shopping and nightlife lovers. Rooms are ok but would need a little bit of renovation with new design.

very disapointed with our room , small depressing

We had a noisy pipe in our room that banged every 10 minuits night and day. we could not sleep properly. I discussed this with the reception staff and was told that they had a problem with the pipes. No appology. Very disapointed with there comments.
