Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

You're paying for the location, the hotel itself is nothing to write home about.

Even if I was a backpacker or travel at a low budget, I could find other much better places compared to this place. They offered to upgrade us to the 'only' junior suite they had left for HKD 4000 a night. No thanks. I will not spend a dime more on this place.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It claims to be a 3-4 star hotel but it's more like a 1.5 motel. The only nice thing I saw was the lobby and business center. I'm sure if you want to fork up more money for the suite, there are nicer rooms. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers for the Standard and Superior rooms. Like I mentioned, it's about a 5 minute walk to Times Square and the MTR, but there are other nicer hotels for the same price that are probably better in the same area.

The room service and especially BLT sandwiches are great.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Metro from Times Square as its the nearest stop, only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I am sure that there are more modern hotels in the same price bracket which offer better rooms and value.

Lots of eating outlets around the hotel. Tram stop is nearby the hotel and can be used as very cheap way of touring Hong Kong area at a low cost of HKD 2.00 as to be familiarise with the areas.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The use of an octupus card in combination to a 3 days tourist pass can minimise your travelling cost and hassle to carry lot of coins.

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The hotel provides only a one-for-all cleaner.

Restaurant Tip : Try out the claypot rice at G/F, 12 Tang Lung Street, Causeway Bay perpendicular to the hotel. Great for its Double Sausages Chicken Claypot.
