Good size hotel room but a long walk to MTR
Good size hotel room and clean
7
i went with my family to hk in the last quarter of 2010 and stayed with south pacific hotel. hotel room is of a good size but the walk to the mtr station is extremely long. to take the mtr, we have to walk about 3-5mins to times square and from times square entrance through the mtr tunnel to the mtr station gate, it requires a 8-10min walk. so just be prepared if you have elderly or kids with you.

Great Weekend Getaway
Near Times Square and other shopping areas
8
Great location, walking distance to the Queen Elizabeth Stadium where I had a concert to attend.
Also very central to shops in Causeway Bay, especially Times Square.
It is a great weekend getaway, with staff very helpful with directions. Generally very clean and comfortable, with surprisingly spacious room. Great value for money!

i was there as shopping traveller and found the distance quite far if you go by walk. The hotel was nice and the room a little bit small but it doesn't matter because u also spend ur time in room just for sleep.

Stayat South Pacific Hotel, Hong Kong
Hotel was easily accessible. There was no waiting to check in, we were directed to the Business Suite, signed a form and went to our room. Our baggage joined us minutes later. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely courteous.
9.7
Generally, the stay was very comfortable. Check in was the easiest that I've had for a long while. Service was good and the staff were very willing. Extra tea making supplies were provided very quickly when requested.
Apart from breakfast, which was comfortably served in the Business Suite, we only had one meal in the hotel. That was very well served, the restaurant staff were very attentive.
Unfortunately, the response we got when we visited the LuLu restaurant in the afternoon was not very well received.

Cheap Clean & (fairly) Convenient
Near market and cook your grocery service, near airport but E11 bus, local buses & trams, near Time Square mall, restaurant nearby have free wifi

Good for budget stays, when we went during a very hot & sticky end of August, a bit hard to locate. Hotel is near mini grocery and wet market (with nearby cook to your order shops for bargain prices). No free internet access in room or public areas, had to go to nearby restaurants that did offer it for free. We will gladly come back as long as prices don't go too far.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location. ,Could easily walk to Causewaybay and Times Square withing 10 minutes. The neighborhood was a little old, but overall, for the price/value - it was acceptable.
The staff was helpful but could take more initiative in providing services that we as visitors didn't think of. They appeared as a bit reluctant at the first encounter during check-in.
Bell service was good. Always helping to open the door.

excellent location
very strategic location to shopping area and transportations.
7.3
the hotel has a good strategic location to everything.. if you're a fan of causeway bay area its a few steps away from the hotel.. you'll be in times square and world trade center in no time.. the hotel staffs are very friendly.. what i liked the best is that it has a small japanese restaurant right accross the hotel where we ate really authentic japanese food. and going to the airport is not a problem cause there's a bus ride station near the hotel that cost me 40hkd.
overall.. i probably go back to south pacific hotel on my next trip to hk.
