You get what you pay for...beds are hard!

The lobby looks nice, but the room can use some updating. I stayed in Hostel the week before and felt like the hostel was better in terms of bedding, fixtures, and cleanliness as well as location to the mtrI prefer the hostel over this hotel.

A pleasant stay.
Easy access to public transport, proximity to shopping at amenities at Causeway bay, right next door to local market and eating places

Pretty good stay at the South Pacific

Stayed 5 days at this hotel. Room was alittle small as expected from HK but clean nonetheless. Took a train from the airport but had to walk quite a distance from the causeway bay mtr station. About 10 minutes? Good location if taking a taxi but quite far from the MTR. Plenty of shops around the hotel so didn't eat in the hotel restaurants. Overall a good pleasant stay.

I liked my stay in this hotel. The rooms are ordinary and clean, fast free wifi in the room available all day round. Breakfasts are not superb, but in general are ok, location is very good. Staff is friendly.

Not good, the staff are not friendly at all. i even smile more to them than them to me. if its not because of location, i will not stay there. need to improve frontdesk service. concierge is more friendly.

Very pleased with the hotel location. Housekeeper were well trained and very polite. Front desk staff were alittle inexperience but acceptable.
