Location, location, location Staff friendliness could be improved Good hotel in general, strategically located at a convenient place with almost everything that you need within walking distance. The room is small but you get what you paid for I supposed. There was no welcome feeling the moment I stepped in, front desk guys are like robot, no interaction what so ever. I am not sure if this is the culture as this is my first visit to Hong Kong, but I think that a standard practice in any hospitality industry. Would I come back, yeah sure after all I was not there to make friends with the hotel staff, haha.

as it is in the profile photo. very clean, close to park lane and lots of good cafe very close to the hotel. lots of taxi's willing to take you various destinations ( ask first to your destination) after shopping you have to struggle walking up hill going to the hotel. on arrival, the roads are very steep, has to stop at the lower level to the lobby. we need to take the lift to reach the lobby. as we checked in not much time are taken. but we have to carry our bags ourselves. may be at that time the bell boy are busy with the group tours arrive just before us. as i entered the room i was relief that it is very clean neat and tidy. it has flat screen tv, safe box and etc...
stayed there for few days and i have no troubles checking out and no extra charges.
Travel tip : wear a comfortable shoes if your walking down the streets.

Quiet, Free internet access. Basically, you need to walk up the hill to get to the hotel. Rooms are very small. Requested for a single queen size bedroom but got a double bed instead. Bathtub got spoilt on my second day stay. Hotel staff not very helpful. The only plus point is quiet and very near eating places. Quite a distance to walk from TSC mtr station. Limited restaurant in the hotel. Looks like a budget hotel to me. Will not recommended to my friends.
Nightlife Tip : Quite a number of pubs nearby if you are looking for a drink.
