good location for those on a budget

hotel is located where there's easy access to food (good local eateries for breakfast and supper). not too far from the train station. room could be bigger but hotels are generally small in hk, unless you pay a premium. good option if you are on a budget and want convenience.

Not noisy location but convenient, 15 to 10 mins to MTR

Room is small but clean; close to place for food and drink; very very good location with quiet stay; 5 to 10 mins to Tsimshatsui MTR; 5 to 10 mins drive to Hunghom Station.

i didnt mention for non smoking room when i booked. therefore i got the smoking room. but when i arrived n wanted to change to unsmoking room it wasn't available. quite frustating.

It seems that rates were higher during my stay as there was a bit going on in Hong Kong.
The Hotel is at the top of a steep hill that requires an effort to get to the entry.

i had great time staying in this hotel. for the hotel price in hongkong, this is very good value for money , and it is not far away from the city center for traveller, just take time to walk a little bit .the view of the room was fantasic , and room was clean nice , i think i will choose this hotel again when i visit hongkong next time

we book this hotel precisely have free shuttle bus to and from hotel to fair ground, little did we know after we have booked rooms that the hotel inform us there is one and only trip which is in the morning of the first day of the trade fair, the rest is up to you. we were so frustrated to book your hotel which is located far from the main nathan road shopping district. the hill top really tire you specially coming from a trade show or shopping walk.
the subway station is also quite far compare to several nearby hotels.
there is not much of local restaurant in this corner, mostly are on the other 2 to 3 streets.
as such , the room rate is terrible high with all the above location and hotel fake gimmicks.

The location just in Knotsford terrace

The hotel is located right in Knotsford terrace, so there are plenty of places to go to eat and drink at night. There is just one minute walk to Nathan road for shopping and only 5 minutes walk to Victoria Harbour. The rooms are good size for a Hong Kong hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's worth taking the tourist bus to have a nice view of Kowloon and Hong Kong. It includes a visit to a fisherman village in Hong Kong, train up to the highest point in Hong Kong.
