This hotel is in a great location in Kowloon, close to everywhere you want to be. However the room we had was a little old. It is like this hotel would have been lovely about 15 years ago.
However it was fairly well priced for the area, and clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was lovely.
Nightlife Tip:
Check out the Ladies Market and Temple St markets.

room was a bit small (though we had extra bed), service is as cold as you would expect in hk (everywhere is the same) but they were quite able & efficient..would really appreciate smiling once in a while
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near the "wedding stores" road and walking distance from the national museum etc (if youre a museum person like myself) and near the major shopping area

Not able to use Restaurant on the sunday due to a private booking surely they should provide for residents first.

Have stayed many times, each time is fairly pleasant. I like that there is free wifi but some times the signal can be quite weak and is also quite slow. Otherwise, it works well. Toilet amenities are acceptable although they provide soap and shampoo in one so you might prefer to bring your own. Always nice fluffy towels. Pillows are really comfortable, so you can be sure of a good night's rest. Will stay there again as it is good value for money by hkg standards.

This hotel is situated on a severe hill and therefore not very suitable for older or disabled people. It is located on Knutsford terrace which is the eating and drinking centre of Kowloon. The hotel is clean and comfortable - the room a little cramped, but acceptable. It is located in the centre of the shopping area so will appeal to all shoppers.
Restaurant Tip:
You will not be stuck for a good restaurant - there are over 20 literally on your doorstep
