Good cleanliness and service standards. My requests for extras were answered promptly. The best thing was the excellent location... To food, to shopping, to action. The room was a little squeezy for 3 persons. There was no proper wardrobe, they only had an open hanging space. This is a hotel I will always stay in and recommend to all my friends whenever they visit Hong Kong. No one has ever disagreed it's a great choice... Simply great value for money. The cleanliness and service standards are great for a hotel at that price category. The smoking rooms are really odour free, unlike so many other similarly priced accomodations that reek of smoke even though they tell u it's a non-smoking room. The beds are firm, the toilet is in good condition. The proximity to shopping, to food, to the MTR all adds up to a great stay. It's a dream for any foodie or shopaholic who wants to be in the middle of action at anytime of the day.
Restaurant Tip : There's an endless selection of food near this hotel. Anything from breakfast to dinner to midnight snacks and dessert... The choice is endless.

Convenient and centrally located. This is a good centrally located hotel in Mongkok,HK. Very close to the Ladies Street, train station as well as the Nathan Road for shopping. If you like to explore the computer stores and electronic outlets, a short walking distance to the Mongkok Computer Centre at Nelson Street. Enjoying the HK style meals is also possible as there are many restaurants around the corner.

Location was excellent for shopping and food, ppl were friendly and it was very clean Very small, abt 10 mins walk to MRT We were very happy with the staff who were friendly and very helpful. However, we found the room really small, we had 3 ppl in a room. Even with 2, it was very tight but we were given a corner room which was excellent. Had a good view of the main road which was excellent. The location was very close to the ladies market and was walking distance to all the attractions in Kowloon eg jade market, goldfish street, flower market and men's street. Ideal if you want to shop. However, the distance to the MRT was abt 10 mins walk and the exit was not elderly/disable friendly. ALl in all a good expeience and would stay there again but not with 3 ppl in a room or with family
Restaurant Tip : There is a corner shop that sells takeaway meals - rice with bbq selection which was excellent and cheap. Comes with soup as well and the variety and service excellent

The best way to get to the hotel from the Airport is by Airport Shuttle Service Bus. After custom clearance, you could approach airport counter A16 in Arrival Hall A or counter B16 in Arrival Hall B. The bus leaves the airport every half an hour and the cost is approximately HK$ 120 per person per trip.
