New interior with good size bath room
location next to monk kok mrt and lanham place

Very good location with newly renovated room interior. The only setback is for you to carry up your baggage from street level up to the first floor lobby. On the street level the beef noddle is really good. There is a restaurant selling the best roast goose from Shenjing but I did not have chance to taste...will do it for my future stay.
Shopping Tip:
Go light for your baggage. The mongkok station can connect you to various parts in Hk as well as Southern China Shenzhen.

Room is tiny and a bit run down. Receptionist is quite ok. Place is very convenient for food and shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Langham place is just across the street. Very convenient.

Great location and good sized room
Room size is deceptively big, comfortable and location is great for shopping, close to MTR

physical set up and location is good, ideal for shopping. place is clean, service decent. receptionist fiona could be a little more helpful. we arrived straight from airport at 1.40 and she refused to even check if the room was ready for us to put the luggage. if we had arrived at 10 am, we would totally understand why we couldn't check in, but at 1.40, she wouldn't even check? that's a little rigid. the same fiona was also pretty uninitiated when we saw and commented the reception desk was rather dirty with sugar grains all over. she got up, took some tissue and passed it to me to clean up the reception desk, while i was supposed to be checking in??! the other receptionist saw her action and quickly took the tissue from me and took over the cleaning. all other receptionists i encountered there had been most helpful and on the ball, bar this one.
Travel tip:
expect a steep stairwell greeting you as soon as you open the hotel door. but the place is really pleasantly sized. very close to Nathan Road, Ladies Market and 5 mins MTR.

the only thing need to comment is the bed - too hard !!
suggest to add on a piece of bed linen to soften the mattress will be perfect !!

Good location, efficient hotel

Pro: The hotel is really close to MRT Mongkok, with strong water for showering. Room is rather tiny and efficient. Convenient to take Airport Bus A21 from hotel.
Cons: I was in 11th floor, but can still hear the sound from outside, especially in the night. Didn't bother me, but my friend rather complain about it. No fridge, so can't store anything cold. The entrance stairs isn't that great if one has heavy luggage. Wifi didn't work with my Blackberry, but OK with android.
Facts: The bed is hard.
Shopping Tip:
Langham place is just next to it, there's a supermarket in the basement.

Fantastic and central location
1 min walking distance to mong kok mtr and surrounded by many famous roasted meat restaurants

staying in sunny day is really a sunny day for my family. it is located near many night markets e.g. ladies mkt, fu yuen street and shopping centres. you do not have to worry about food and travelling up and down as the famous shopping areas are within walking distances.
staff are friendly to assist you in booking disneyland tickets and taxi to airport.
the only downside is the stairs which lead to the reception area (imagine you have to carry big luggages up and down the stairs) and there is no porter service (3 stars hotel standard so cant complain on this).
Shopping Tip:
Mongkok is nearby to many shopping centres via MTR underpass e.g. Langham place, Argyle Centre, New Town Mall and a walk along Nathan Road will lead to many food surprises and shopping treats.

- Near to Mong Kok MTR (1 - 2 mins walk) and located behind Langham Shopping Place
- Near to many night markets (Ladies Market, Fa Yuen Street) and shopping centres (New Town Mall, Argyle Centre)
Hotel Feature Tip:
The stairs leading to the reception area is a killer for big luggages. There is no porter service too so bring light luggages when check-in to the hotel.
