Good location, easy to access MTR.
The friendly staff allow me to check in at 1pm, and they do help me to keep my luggage safely after i checked out. and is really closed to shopping area, including market or main shopping central.

family room are enough big for 3 adults and a child. the toilet also not too small.
the bed quite hard but still can accept. the staff not so friendly. need to go up a stair to take leave, not so suitable for small child and old people.

the only good thing for me is the location

Location is good, in the middle of shopping area but the room is not that comfortable. Most of the time after shower, the floor will be very wet and slippery even in the bedroom area. The noise from outside the room is very noisy, can hear every people talking and walking pass the door. Service is not good, have been stay for 3 night only ask for a favor to keep the suitcase for one day and they refused, saying that we have to charge only. They are the faulty alarm on one night after mid night and non of there staff have giving us any explanation, have to call them to ask whats going on

This hotel is located at great location, about 2min walk to Langham place shopping mall and walking distance to few famous local restaurant and near to Wong Kong MRT station.
The family room size is just nice. The only thing that we need to walk in thru staircase to reach lobby, not convenient travel with disability person.
