Generally satisfactory. However, the lift broke down one night and we had to walk up to the room. Another night, there was no cold water supply, only hot water for about 20mins. I couldn't bathe and the reception staff was not helpful when I asked how long was the disruption. But overall, the room and the location was good.

The hotel is located near langham place and 5 mins walk to the Mongkok MTR, Easy to locate and the problem is there is a HK$500 charge before proceeding to the room at the counter. Was quite annoying and the receptionist was not friendly. Overall was a pleasure stay but with some lift maintenance issues during the stay.... making us to climb to 11th floor!

But wifi is really slow. The best is you can add extra bed even you book 3 persons already means you can stay 4 persons together!!!
Not near to MTR station too much but still be ok^^

The room wasnt very spacious but its still acceptable cos most of the time we were not in the hotel. Good Location as it is just walking distance to shopping areas and also the MTR. The hotel staff didnt take much of my time to check in. The only thing that i dont like about the hotel is that, they will ask for a deposit of HKD 500. They do not have any mini-fridge inside the room nor do they have any in house restaurants so i dont see why there is a need to put a deposit which makes me short of HKD500 cash on hand.
