The hotel is located close to mtr and shopping. The room is big as compared to other hotel of the same star. The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor whereby need to climb the stair case from ground to 2nd floor. Not suitable for those who are travelling with big luggages and family with elder folks young kids. No refigerator. The room flooring is not properly clean. The bathroom is big. Staff is not so friendly.

the hotel located close to mrt, walking distance abt 3-5minutes. the room is not big, just nice. the worse things is the hotel lobby located on the 2nd floor whereby we have to climb the stair case from ground to 2nd floor. not convinient if we are travelling with heavy or big luggages. dont have a feelings like staying in hotel.

great location (with steep staircase)

the location of the hotel is extremely good, behind Langham Place, close to restaurants, loca markets, MTR, Ladies Market, etc. the room we stayed has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, tiled floor, spacious bathroom, i have no complaints at all. In fact much better than most of the standard hotel located in MK. just 1 thing, you need to climb a stair before reaching the receptionist (and lift), it is a bit steep, about 10-15 steps but when you need to take your own luggage (ours 3 bag at 25kg each), then that's a problem. other than the staircase, would love to stay at this hotel again in next visit. Free wifi (though the line was not speedy).

Had a fairly pleasent stay at this hotel. For the price it's quite reasonable. If your looking for a high standard stay, this isn't for you. But if you're just looking for a standard stay with a convenient location, this is definately the place for you.

the hotel is in great location, near mtr, shopping mall and street market, many restaurant around, i love the surrounding,except that it is located on second floor, therefore it is not convenience for elderly to go up and down, especially with heavy luggages.

Room is a comfortable size by HK standards. Not new even though properly maintained. Amentities offered are complete, from clean towels, sheets to grooming kits and bottled water. Wifi access is a big plus. TV mounted on wall is too small and channels seemed limited. Nonetheless, a satisfactory stay as all basic needs are met. The reception staff are not smiley nor friendly. We had to lug our bags up and down, in and out of hotel ourselves. We will go back again for the good location, comfort & price.

The hotel is in a good location that is near MTR, Nantan Road, good for moving around, except that it is located on the second floor, therefore it is not convenience for elderly people to go up and down, expecially with heavy luggages.
Overall my feeling of the stay was good, will recommend it to friends.

Extra bed was hard and creaky. Bathroom door lock spoilt. Air con condenses and droplets over bed.

it was a good experience for me, the price is reasonable with a good and convenience location, nearby the mtr and the shopping mall, the environment of the hotel is also very good. it is clean and tidy and comfortable. especially the rest room, it is dry and clean and provide sufficient and necessary toiletry materials. i will come back for this hotel when i next visit hong kong.
