Location was superb, right next to mongkok mtr station, 2 streets away from Arglye centre, many food stalls around.

Location was superb, right next to mongkok mtr station and 2 streets away from Arglye centre. Many food stalls around, no problem getting food at night. Only gripe is the flights of stairs leading up to the hotel lobby! No one was there to help us carry the luggage up, no problem for guys but a big challenge for ladies. Staff was not too friendly also. Overall a more then satisfactory stay though.

Good location, easy to access MTR.
The friendly staff allow me to check in at 1pm, and they do help me to keep my luggage safely after i checked out. and is really closed to shopping area, including market or main shopping central.

The hotel is located near langham place and 5 mins walk to the Mongkok MTR, Easy to locate and the problem is there is a HK$500 charge before proceeding to the room at the counter. Was quite annoying and the receptionist was not friendly. Overall was a pleasure stay but with some lift maintenance issues during the stay.... making us to climb to 11th floor!

The only sideback is that there is no lift from the ground floor especially when you have an older family member with you. She has to climb up the number of stairs before she can reach the lift lobby.

I can say that it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in hk
I've been in here many times but every hotels are very small room except this hotel
Room is very comfortable and very clean I really love it!
Except its not good for travelers who have big baggage or elder person because you have to climp up to the stair because lobby is on 2 floor
And location is good, you can walk from Mongkok station abt 5 mins to get this hotel from exit c3&c4
This hotel is behind the langham place. Then you have to cross the road to get this hotel as well
At first it's a little bit hard to find but after that its easy

Convenient with limited budget

Because of no breakfast include in this hotel , the first I worry about this ,however I can find local market in a few minute. There are variety food for buy and not too expensive. And food is very fresh and tasty. I can walk only 5 Minutes to Natan road and Monkok.
