Satisfactory.
Clean rooms. Room is good for 3 (althogh barely). Free wi-fi, although oftentimes signal is intermittent. Jordan MTR station entrance is 5 mins. away

If traveling with Senior citizens or heavy luggages, be aware of the flight of stairs that one has to climb (maybe 15 steps) to lead to the lobby and the elevators.
Otherwise, hotel may not be that great, but good enough.
