Rooms are tiny and dirty and noisy. Look for corner rooms as they have more light. Internal rooms are super small and dark. The hallways and rooms and bathrooms tend to be a little dirty, but the saving grace is that it is relatively cheap for Hong Kong and the location and staff are great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Subways are easy to use and cheap! A21 bus runs to and from hotel to airport and are very cheap, clean and easy.

Very good located! In the center of Mongkok! Rooms were very small and the carpet was not clean! We stay at this hotel for 3 nights. If your looking for a cheap hotel and only want to discover Hong Kong for sightseeing than this is a good hotel. But remember there is no breakfast and the rooms are very small. But the price is cheap and you are in the center!Near ladies market and all the other shopping center!
Restaurant Tip : Check the Sushi bar at the end of the street. They have the best sushi!

If you only have a few days in Hong Kong,this is a place for you.
Shopping Tip : The location is perfect. There is Mongkok shopping street, ladies market. Other than this this hotel is very small and the stuff inside are not nice too. Anyway,this location will attract you!

I am a pretty budget-conscious traveller so I expect low-quality things. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was way below any standards that I thought I had. I almost felt like leaving. Please do not stay here unless you know what you are getting into. I would have expected this to be unsatisfactory even for hostel prices. Compared to my Hotel Ibis stay in North Point (which wasn't even a great stay), Ibis was a mansion and it was only $10 more/night. I would definitely avoid this hotel, no matter who you are. Couples, single traveller, young, old...just avoid it. Find something different, even if the location isn't as good. MTR is so convenient so a few stops or a few minutes away will not make a difference at all. Don't trust the pictures. They won't give you the real details, like the dirty sheets and dirty walls and tiny bathroom. I was fooled, and I consider myself a pretty savvy traveler. I also requested a wake-up call. However, I set my alarm, just in case. I woke up before the call and realized that the phone changed colors, except there was no audible sound. If I didn't wake up earlier by myself, I could have missed my flight since the wake-up call wasn't even a call.

Fortunately there is a big department store nearby where you can go and additional markets to visit so you do not have to stay in the hotel.
Nightlife Tip : There are many redlight places around and sometimes seems a big dangerous to wakl around due to the presence of thieves, pickpockets and others.
