Location is not very bad and you can get to the hotel for a few minutes walk from the free shuttle bus No. K5 of MTR - airport express at Kowloon station. Staff are quite friendly.
Old facility need renovation.
Bathroom next to room somestimes crowded with people and you have to wait for a bit. The public washroom has two toilets and two shower areas. I met with someone who washed their clothes at the public washroom. Hotel has washer and dryer for laundry which costs HKD20 each per load. I don't recommend this hotel in summer since their air conditioning machine is the old style kind on the window. I wonder if all rooms are the same. Hotel entrance is not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is a 15 -20 nminutes walk from the hotel to Mongkok and Yaumatei. But you can also take the bus No. 8 to the Star Ferry in Tsim Sha Tsui which costs you HK$4.4. It costs me HKD36 from the kowloon MTR station to get to the hotel and it is not bad if you have to get the hotel by midnight or leave the hotel early morning by before 6am.

For the price: wonderful, clean, hotel receptionist professionals and lovely. I would stay there again. Very near to Park n' Shop supermarket, 7-Eleven, night market just 10 min. walking (nice walk!).
I had a very good experience there, recommend to all!

no help getting your bags to your room, no internet in the rooms
your basic hotel room, it's clean, priced well, about 2.5 stars. watch out that you don't order a room with a shared bath. nice people behind the desk, restaurant has good food and internet. good enough location, but not near real near any other restaurants. bus to the airport can't stop near the hotel, had to lug the bags quite a ways to reach the bus.
