Clean, in a safe area, nice showers

Shared bathroom

This was a really nice budget hotel. It was in a safe area on 5 minutes walk to the electronic and ladies market. 10 minute walk to Mongkok subway station. The room was spacious enough for two people, really clean, and the showers were just across the hall. The staff were very professional and check in was quick and easy.

Shopping Tip : Ladies market, electornic market, sporting goods market just 5 miunte walk away. There is also a lot of other shopping in the area.

the superior room is big enough and the bed is really big. clean.

the bed is hard. there is no safe in the room. and no wifi/internet. you have to go down to the reception to get the key to the computer room on the 6th floor. the mtr is quite far.

I enjoyed our short stay in Anne Black YWCA Hotel. Though its location is not that convenient (it's a long walk to the nearest MTR station), i still liked it here. The price is ok. The room and the bed was big though i wished the bed was softer. The bathroom was clean and there is a refrigerator in the room. I hope that they will put up wifi access and a safe in the rooms.

Cheap and still in town area

distance is far, toilet not so clean,

like everyone else YWCA is up on a slope so its pretty tired to walk back it take abt 15 mins walk to Mongkok MTR... very far... after whole day of shopping. I might consider staying here if i am going with group of friends. then we can go toilet together and walking back should be more enjoyable

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can try to take bus to tism sha tsui which is nearer then walking.

Clean environment, friendly & helpful staff. Within walking distance to Ladies' Market (Tung Choi Street).

Shared bathroom and need another key to enter

A very good price for such location in Mongkok. Overall the environmental and the set up is simple but comfortable. This is a very good choice for short stay for those who like to shop around at Mongkok, Kowloon. Probably another improvement require is to provide wi-fi access in the room instead of just around the reception lobby. Anywhere, you can't comment more with such money you pay for a hotel in Hong Kong, a place with most of the things are expensive especially accomodation.

Shopping Tip : Tung Choi Street...

Cheap and clean

25-30 min from causway bayo

Great place for the money. If your looking to get away from the mass consumerisim that is Causway Bay. this will be nice as it's lockated in Mong Kok. Roomed ate very clean and a decent size for HK. only bmer was that the rooms did not have wifi and the computer service was 30y per 30 min. All I'm all agreat place.

Convenient, Clean, and Friendly and very helpful staff.

Room appliances are a bit old.

Can make an improvement by upgrading room's appliances especially the TV (CRT TV without remote control is using in my room). Room is quite small but it is acceptable when the hotel rate is such cost-friendly.

Shopping Tip : Walking distance to main shopping areas at Mongkok.

quick check-in and out. best choice for a budget travel close to many bus stops

I like this hotel for the economy price.Nothing I don't like.

I have stayed there for 2 nights in a twin-bed room with shared-bath. Room is nice and clean. Aircon is old and working fine. Room is small but big enough for us two-me and mum. The receptions are very nice.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The bus stops nearby can take you to everywhere.

Price and cleanlyness

Only dislike we have IF I can even call it that, is that it's a 15 min walk fro the Yau Ma Te mtr station.

This is a GREAT place. If you've already been to HK OR don't want to stay in the center of the mass comsumerisim that is Causway Bay, then this is the place for u. We had a double twin with shared bath. The room was big enough. Very clean and had a sink in the room. The bathroom was just a door down and was also very clean. Only bummer is that they have no wifi in rooms and charge u 30 hkd and hr min for using their LAN line. 15 min walk from the ladies, electronic and sport shopping district and close to Temple night market. Just remember that you are In Mong Kok on the Kalwoon side. It will take u 30 min to get to Causway Bay fro. Hotel. I definitly will stay there again.

price

none

I doubted a lot before booking this hotel, rooms with shared bathrooms are not really my thing, so I booked 2 nights keeping in mind that I might have to upgrade the room. Finally we stayed for 7 nights. The room itself is basic but has everything you need. I doubt you will find anything better for this price in Hong Kong. The shared bathroom turned out not to be a problem at all. Mostly I was there alone, and it was cleaned all day. Tip : bring your bathrobe with you. As others say, it's indeed a small walk to the nearest MRT station, BUT if you walk around the corner to Waterloo Road, you can take bus 7 to the Star Line Terminal. This bus also interconnect with the MRT.

Hotel Feature Tip : It's easier to find water in the desert as a public computer with an Internet connection in HK (WIFI is everywhere). You can use the PC's of the neighbouring public library (a huge green building) for free. Best make an appointment as it's often busy

Friendly and helpful staffs, cozy, convenient to shops, markets and clinics & etc.

Small rooms and TV still without remote control and it's CRT TV.

Refurnished job or little renovation job on hotel rooms will help for improvement and will make this budget hotel a perfect stay for hotel guests. Even though room is small and TV still without remote control, but hotel maintains excellent service, staffs are very helpful and nice, and they are efficent too.

Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has got wifi service so bring your own laptop.
