worth for a stay as the price is very reasonable and it is only walking distance to shopping malls, shops as well as restaurants.
however, the bed seems to need not quite clean as we had bug bites every night. and the most inconvenience thing is, we have to walk out from the room to get to the toilet all the time because the toilet is not attach to the room.

Budget Hotel with Basic Facilities
Cheap and good. Furnishing out of date and run down, but provides everything. Good for simple traveller who stays barely 2 hours awake in the room.

the hotel gave us the highest 19th floor, so we were able to see the city digonally. beautiful night view that u get only for high end hotel. the room we have is facing straight at the apartment, so have to close curtain, and look digonally for view (other rooms nearer the lift has probably better view). everythings works well. walk to mtr a little far, but there is a lot of shops and things to see along the way.
Restaurant Tip:
it is near to ladies street or tung choi street where one can buy almost everything. for tim sum, we went to feng seng restaurant - argyle street, again along the way to mtr, on the right, near a bridge. it was recommended to us during our last trip. very local, u can see many old hong kong people in the early morning. we were there as early as 7.30am and it was open.

There was no problem during our stay. Its just that our concern was the internet wifi connection that we have to stay in the hotel lobby just to connect to internet, unlike with the other hotel that you can stay and connect while you are in your room. Aside from that, its okay staying in the hotel. They are honest because they returned to us the key that we accidentally left at the door knob.

Tiny rooms, not very clean, shares facilities in poor condition, staff is not fluent in English and generally not very helpful, the location is not great and it isn't even that cheap...

safe and relatively quiet location, friendly staff, easy access to store, restaurant etc

The room is pretty good size with Hong Kong's standard although need to share restroom with guests on the same floor. Hotel building is old in and out, overall clearliness is quite good though. Can use some remodeling, replacement at the restroom. With its low room rate, should not expect too much of a luxary anyway.

Nice hotel with good service

We have a memorable & comfortable stay in our stay and met lots of comrades along the way to bus stop & malls. We enjoy most of the shopping even if the weather is mostly cloudy and raining. Nonetheless, our 4 days & 3 night are not enough to see most of the tourist spots. We plan to stay longer on our next trip..

you get what you pay for in this hotel, to be honest its more like a hostel! the rooms are very basic and the bedding is very poor. however the rooms were clean, as were the shared bathrooms. hong kong is very expensive in general, so this was a cheap option. the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the night market and about 40 minutes from the pier to hong kong island.
