just OK
very friendly staff STEPHEN, he lets me check in earlier as scheduled, after long flight fr Dubai , a very very big help!Room is good, clean, but needs painting and changed the blinds. CR is ok..very clean. They should update WIFI system of the bldg, shouldn't be in lobby only! all guest are lining up in the lobby, no socket, it will be less stressful if you will be checking and surfing right in your room.

Mid-good location and small rooms
Location is meant for young couple, but not elderly due to there's a walking distance and a steep upwards slope upon reaching the entrance. About 3 km to shopping district "women street" and so on... and it's cheap but not the cheapest around that area. Rooms are really small, neat/clean but old. Air-con are old type too so don't expect it to be very chill. No Gym room, No wifi in the room, no pool...etc

Great place to stay,
big room, light, airy, friendly staff,
the building is quite an old one and the rooms are the same. which means that the rooms are quite big by hong kong standards. my room had 2 beds a nice big shower and washroom area, a nice big window, which can be opened. also a wardrobe, desk and t was also air coned. although slightly out of the main tourist area, it is not difficult to get to. there is an ironing facility on the 3rd floor. 5 minute walk to a 7 / 11 and various other shops.the staff are friendly and helpful. i would recomend staying at this hotel. due to it's big rooms it is probably the best value for money in hong kong. free wi fi in the lobby area, which works well. cant really think of any negatives, for me it is excellent. my favourite place to stay in h k.

Good value
Very roomy with adequate facilities, consider the price charged.
For the money they charge it is well worth the value, as hotels in Hong Kong ae generally quite expensive. The only draw back is that its location is a bit away from the subway (20 or 25 minutes walk). However, if you do your homework, you can actually go everywhere by bus. Buses stations are nearby. Wifi is only available in the lobby and sometimes it is overloaded and the network becomes very slow.

Very close to Mongkok Shopping area
old atmosphere
Contrary to most rooms in this price category the room are big with ceiling at 3m leaving an impression of space. The furniture is kind of old fashion and it give a good atmosphere. Also the room was directed on a street with not much circulation so it was quiet enough. Towels are provided, and there is a sink in each room. The shared bathroom are maintained clean and there is one bathroom for men one for women. There is a restaurant downstairs.

Renovation required
Gd location and relatively big rooms for the price u paid in hk.
The good location, low price and relatively big rooms (in hk standards) are definitely the advantages of this hotel. The staff are friendly too. However, the communal toilet is really worn down. Tiles chipped, doors that are unable to close/locked. The aircon is realy noisy and so can one hear the street noises loud and clear. The reception area is smelly also. And the staff actually commented how can my family have so much baggage and so heavy in cantonese (with the assumption we can't understand them). The security patrolling the ladies foor are men, such controversy

Good Location
Budget wise
Our stay was just fine and good and we had a relax time in the hotel although the toilets are common to the occupants. The location was very accessible for us. Easy to ride on a bus and get taxis. The hotel is also secured and clean with nice receptions and very accommodating to the guests. The rate of the hotel has a good value for money.

Decent low cost
Low cost, has WIFI in lobby
If you are looking for something not too fancy and low cost, this is a good choice. Room has air cond, but hallway does not. Lobby has some chairs in which you can sit and access WIFI.
