nice budget hotel
location, service and cleanliness of the hotel is really good

warm welcome from the receptionist, though we stayed in a standard twin room with shared bathroom, but both the room and bathroom are well maintained and really clean. inside the room, there is a basin for washing face and brushing teeth. besides, there is a mini bus just outside the hotel to reach mongkok mtr service, high convenience.

this hotel is special for budget travellers. the room is small without bathroom. but the outside bathroom i like it because got 3 bath bays n toilet, so if u rush time, can save time no need to wait for others bathing. as it is budget hotel, i think the money u spend is equivalent to d room.

Student Hostel rahther than a hotel
a safe place for single woman travelloers

i stayed in a shared bathroom on ladies' floor. the shared bathroom was not that clean perhaps due to too many users. generally speaking, it is nothing more than a student hostel, and thus it is a bit overpriced as per my opinion.

its a rather clean hotel with good customer desk service.can arrange for shuttle bus to airport for hk 110 with the driver carrying your luggage for you.
cons: the hotel is a distance away from the shopping area. need to walk quite a bit.

I stayed at ywca for 4 days , they redecorate the front desk but the room still the same , old and run down ,last time i stay I did not paid that much , it's not worth it,walking a bit far to get to subway,but that area is one of the local shopping center,so many shops to shop around ,so many local people shop around that area too,hope the hotel improve something more as they raise the price

Everything I need as a solo budget traveller was there - a neat, no-frills but practical room, clean and bright laundry room, some good exercise jogging up and downhill, cheap local meals at Waterloo road and the side streets just 2 minutes away, free wi-fi at hotel lobby (and if it gets a bit too crowded, head towards the public library next door with free wi-fi as well). Interesting dinner at the hotel restaurant with old couples dancing, live singing and music. The hotel is located in an enclave of low-key upper middle class residence. People living nearby come for breakfast, full of neighbourhood friendliness.

The owner is quite flexible, friendly and informative. She tried to meet the needs of her customers personally. It is actually a convenient place to stay as it is close to MRT, though at first we were confused how to get there as we couldn't see the name of the hotel from the street and it is located on the 13th floor. The room is enough for the 3 of us, though actually quite small especially the bathroom. The bathroom also a little bit smelled. The location is also ideal for those who intend to shop until late at night, though the environment is a little bit crowded, noisy and dirty.
Hotel Feature Tip:
don;t forget to remember the name of the street to be able to locate the hotel. the reception is on the 13th floor.
