i like anne black hotel because the price is great and the location for food down the road is good. flooring is clean and nice to walk on as it is made of wooden flooring. overall, a quiet location and for those who like a quiet atmosphere and pricing, should chose anne black hotel to stay in.

Good location. The room is pretty big compare to HK average.

I stayed in shared bathroom. Ladies Floor. It was enough and i saw nobody use the toilet during my stay but it was not so clean i think, just to survive.

good hotel is near night market and local food and wellcome supermarket and not far from subway and near bus stop to furry just you take bus no., 7 to furry and next wanchai. but the room is very old.

simple room that could resemble an old apartment but the room clean and neat. no internet connect from the room even if you are willing to pay. room not well insulated from noise. e.g. you will be able to hear everything that happens in the corridor. there is not much hotel services. e.g. no call cab service, etc.
this place is considered quite decent on its price for the location (near mong kok area) and the size of the room when compared to other hotels around the area.
overall, i would recommend this place for a budgeted and clean comfort night's stay.

no way! this is not a hotel!

Location: far away from everything!
Room: Old, Dirty, Broken toilet, No hair dryer, Cold and without heater! OMG!
Entertainment: I saw a TV which you can see in a 80s Movie!
Service: Staff are very nice though...
I'd rather stay in a Karaoke room instead of this hotel!
