Right price & location
Just the right price and location for shopping
The elevator is too slow and small.
I love the location because its near the Mongkok shopping district. It is also near the MTR station which could bring you anywhere in HongKong. The room price is just right because the saving could be used in shopping and sightseeing. The service is excellent except that their common bathroom always don't have enough tissue paper but they are provide it in your room. I would recommend it if you are the person who is always out of the hotel.

Good location and very friendly & helpful staff
Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms, cleanliness
no internet connection in the room nor free wifi connection after cafe operating hours, beds are very hard and uncomfortable
We had 2 rooms for 4 adults, stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay in Mongkok as the location of the hotel is away from the noisy bustle of the shopping area yet within walking distance. The rooms are big. Lots of storage space (wardrobe, big drawers, bedside).

Functional hotel for good price
customer service
functional and cheap in an expensive city. they need to work on customer service and the elevator is very slow. food is basic and there are not many choices. good place to go if you want to save money and don't mind sacrificing luxury.

Simple and clean hotel.
Warmly and politely assitance.
Not clearly recommend how to go to the hotle.
good cost and service. it's not easy to ask the citizens how to find the way arrive the hotel. ywca is the another side of the metropark hotel. as you can see ywca logo, but you need walk aroud the street coner and walk up the leap street, then you can find the gate of the hotel. the hotel is clear and simple. it provide 24hours hot water.

Great place for shopping
great place for shoping
room is small and it has oor
Free wifi from the hotel's restaurant. If you ask for internet, the hotel charge for one hour. Great place for a solo traveler, price for the room is cheap. The hotel is very close to many street shopping places. However, you shouldn't expect good furnishing and odor is acceptable.

Nice deal for the location
The best quality is the location of this hotel near monkok
Noise during the night
I was there with my husband during 4 days. The hotel is easy to find and you need to stop at Monkok. You will find some little shops and a mac donald near the hotel. The space of the room is ok for the city and you will find an acces to internet at the restaurant situed at the ground floor. The personnel of the hotel is very nice and helpful but you need to be concious that you will not find a luxury hotel but a realy nice price. A lot of roads are near the hotel too so you can have some noise during the night because you will find just one glass at your window.

Good-size room
Quiet and daily housekeeping
10-15 walk from MTR
stayed on the highest floor.quiet room. very basic room with attached bathroom, 2 single beds and tv. room is considered spacious for hk standard. however i dislike the layout of the furniture: the two single beds are facing the toilet and the tv is placed on a low cabinet along the wall parallel to the beds. it is rather awkward to watch tv on bed! there is daily housekeeping but had a weird odour coming from the bathroom, i suspect it's from the floor trap. another thing, i wish the reception staff can be more helpful instead of giving 1-word reply. and please serve your guests with a smile!
