overall, the hotel outlook is great! the room is very convenience. one thing that i am so concern is the AC, the wind blows directly to the bed side and it made me headache.. the rest is fine.

Excellent new hotel in a great location

the bauhinia hotel was fantastic! we were able to walk from the macau ferry dock to the hotel at the beginning of our stay and then to hong kong station to catch the airport express at the end of the trip. it's also about 2 minutes away from an mtr station, so transport all over hong kong was super easy. the hotel is new, so everything is spotlessly clean. we were upgraded to an executive room when we got there, and it had everything we needed, from 2 big bottles of complimentary water to free wifi to an ipod dock to in-room safe and more. the bathroom was also quite luxurious with a rain showerhead...again spotlessly clean. it's also quiet in the room at night. the hotel was not cheap, but by hong kong standards, very reasonable. i definitely recommend this hotel.

it's a very good hotel for business. they have free wifi and internet in lobby and room. also they have an ipod stand can recharge and listen music. but the location is difficult to find for taxi drivers.

MTR Sheung Wan is just downstair, 1 block away.

Lobby is very small but room and bathroom is luxurious. Room size is standard but no swimming pool or restaurant inside hotel. There are few restaurant within 50 m of the hotel (same block downstair) but did not try. Also 2 7-Eleven store and Circle K around 100m from store. Next to Wing On department store and very close to MTR Sheung Wan (entry B). Being the first MTR station, seat is guarantee when travelling from Sheung Wan. It is also just across the street from Hongkong Macau Ferry terminal (cross the street using the MTR tunnel). Tram station also very near just 50 m (in front of entry B Sheung Wan MTR).

Great location
Right in the middle of business district, with lots of cheap local eats nearby.

The room was much bigger than i expected for a boutique hotel and double glazing keeps the traffic noice away. The only complaint was when i requested an extension to our stay because there was a heavy storm and we couldnt get home. The duty manager said they automatically charge an extra 10-20 per cent to their regular tariff when there is a typhoon, which is an approach designed to take advantage of travelers and not exactly friendly. Fortunately, i found a great rate on agoda which solved our problem.
