this hotel have a long queue up and room is not always ready even is after 2pm. hotel staff is nice and friendly.
lots of group tour and laugges stay at hotel lobby.
this hotel is small inside a commerical building, everything is standard and u will feel live in an office...

the location is nice, close to activities and stations/ports.

as the street name, observatory rd, suggested, the hotel sits halfway on a hilly slope. there are steps along the path, if you are carrying a luggage it's going to require some work. a cab can take you all the way to the hotel & save you the labor. very close to knutsford terrace where bars & restaurants of many international culinary style can be found. the queen bed room is clean & bright, with many amenities supplied.

if you get the newer bigger rooms you will love this hotel. it's up a hill so hard to find but close to a bunch of tst attractions and the metro. we had a great stay.

Make sure you get the new rooms that are more spacious as some of the rooms are nice and modern while some are plain and small so those new rooms are a must.
