Small Hotel, Great Hotel

Stayed there for 5 night, and a free upgrade to a Harbour View Deluxe Room for my last night. Location was great (other then the steep slope to reach the hotel) near Tsim Sha Tsui. Room is small, just good enough for a couple. Reception is friendly and courteous. Free and Good WiFi Signal in rooms. Will return to Bauhinia Hotel again for my next visit to Hong Kong.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional view

The staff were courteous and helpful. Got an upgrade from the standard room to a seaview room and the view was exceptional. Almost all necessary amenities were provided including free wired and wireless access. The toilet was clean and spacious and comfortable.
The only downside is locating the hotel. Not only must we navigate the narrow and confusing road but also to walk up the very steep slope to get to the road to the hotel.
However, the hotel is very much a great place to rest your tired legs after a day shopping around HK.

Although this is a service apartment and rooms are small but im very lucky to upgraded to suite room. The area quitel but the location is very good . 5 mins walking distance to MRT STATION. very easy to find restaurant for food.

the only cons of this hotel is its locate on the hill. If you have heavy luggages , it will be difficult for you to go to the hotel.

The two things I look for when booking a hotel are:
1) No toilet/shower in one, I find it disgusting
2) A hotel I can trust... Also, the photos are totally "glamour" style...the rooms are showing their age.

The room surprisingly looks even better than in the photo. Hong Kong is well known for its expensive living quarter. Most hotels offer tiny room but not in this Bauhinia hotel. It is located on ~10 floors in a building between Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan. It is not that of a great location but good enough. You have to climb up hill a little to reach the hotel. The room I stayed is on 17th floor which offers an ok view. Anything below 7th floor in any hotel basically has no view as all other buildings block away everything. The room/toilet is clean and modern. No breakfast is provided. Wireless internet was offered ( in room and lobby ) at no charge. I was very satisfied and will stay here again if ever visiting HK.
